This and That

Our little Elle bean is 2 months old today!!! I swear that second month went faster than the first month!! Elle had her 2 month check up today and she weighs 9 lbs 2 oz. (14%), 23 1/4 in long (79%), and head circ. 37.4 cm (20%). So she was 1 oz shy of a gaining  1 lb since last month, and grew 2 1/4 inches since last month, which I knew she looked longer, and her head grew 1.1 cm since last month. Lots of growing!! She got 3 shots today and wasnt happy about it. That part is always hard. She is smiling like crazy and cooing! I love when they (babies) start smiling and cooing. Elle just melts my heart! She is starting to be ready for bed earlier, yay!! 9-9:30, seems to be the time. Better than 11, which she was doing. And she also had her more advanced hearing test and passed! Such wonderful news! We have her baptism/dedication set Oct. 13th, and we are looking forward to that!

Eli has been doing great in school. After his first day I asked him how his day was and he said "Good, but it was long!" LOL. Other than that he said he likes school, and loves gym class! Dom has been really good with Eli being gone all day. I was afraid he would be really board, but he has fun with Elle and I and likes to do his own thing. Dont get me wrong he misses him and he is SO happy to see him when he gets home, but he isnt board, and that makes me happy! But that sums up our month :)
